Established in September 2021, Ujuzi Institute of Career Development was founded to respond to the growing demand for skilled workers and accessible, career-focused technical and vocational education in Kenya.
The institute delivers market-relevant training at its Nairobi (Buru Buru), Mombasa and Kisumu campuses. Our approach combines 70% practical learning with 30% theory, allowing learners to gain the competencies and confidence needed for professional development, employment and entrepreneurship.
Through partnerships with employers, public institutions and community organisations, Ujuzi connects training with practical experience and livelihood pathways.
